Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.
How to start a return or cancellation:
- Log in to your account at https://shopify.com/81470816515/account and go to your Orders to submit a return or cancellation request.
- If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead.
After you notify us: We will process your return request promptly. You have 14 days from notifying us to send the item(s) back.
Refunds: We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return, whichever is earlier). Refunds include the standard outbound shipping cost. We will use the same payment method you used for your original order.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for withdrawal requests. We recommend using a tracked service. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
Exemptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Digital downloads once delivery has begun (with your prior consent)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
